CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
As you can imagine Christmas is one of the busiest times of year here, so orders may take a little longer than usual to be completed. Almost all of our items are custom made to order, and are not machine made or off a shelf. All items are made by Lisa Clinch so please allow time for her to make your order considering that she is working through a VERY big pile of orders at this time of year.
HANDPRINT JEWELLERY - all prints must be returned and received here by FRIDAY 23rd NOVEMBER 2012 to guarantee Christmas delivery in Ireland.
ALL OTHER ORDERS - last day or ordering for Christmas delivery is MONDAY 10th DECEMBER
Orders for delivery after Christmas are of course welcome.
Shipping and Returns
As most items are custom made to order and are not off the shelf please allow time for your item to be made. Opting for the Express Post option will prioritise your order but it will still have to be made so it will be delivered the next working day after being posted. Most orders are posted within 2-3 working days, but this can be longer at busy periods. Our handprint footprint and fingerprint jewellery will usually be shipped within 15 working days from when your prints are received by us. This will be extended at busy times such as Christmas and Fathers Day etc. For these orders we aim to post out your Impression Kit the same day or next working day after receiving your order.
If you need an item by a certain date, please check that we can fulfill this in time before ordering.
All finished items for delivery within Ireland are sent by AnPost either standard post (for orders under €30 only) or Registered or Express Post. All items for delivery outside of Ireland will be sent by An Post International Registered Delivery service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Items from the handprint, footprint and fingerprint range which require a printing kit to be sent to the customer will include a self addressed pre-paid evelope for the customer to return their prints. The cost of returning prints on international orders are to be met by the purchaser. VAT and import duties into your country (if applicable) on all internationally mailed items are the responsibility of purchaser.
