Shipping and Returns
Most items are shipped within 48 hours, however for our custom made orders this can extend to 6 weeks from when we receive your impressions. For these orders we aim to post out your Impression Kit within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we have received your impression back you will receive an email. We aim to return your custom made item within 6 weeks.
For alll items which are handmade to order (excluding birthstone name bracelets which ship within 24 hours), if you need the items by a certain date, please check that we can fulfill in time before ordering.
All finished items for delivery within Ireland can be sent by AnPost either standard post (for orders under €30 only) or ExpressPost or Registered Post. This is an insured service and a signature will be required upon delivery. All items for delivery outside of the Ireland will be sent by An Post International Registered Delivery service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
This includes the cost of post and packaging for the impression kit, pre-paid postage to return your prints (where applicable) and for your finished item. The cost of returning prints on international orders are to be met by the purchaser. VAT and import duties into your country (if applicable) on all internationally mailed items are the responsibility of purchaser.

Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason prior to the dispatch of the impression kit. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Once the impression Kit has been dispatched, a cancellation charge of €10 will apply. If you have returned the impression Kit, and we are already working on your jewellery, we regret that the order cannot be cancelled.
Late/Non Arrival of Delivery
If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive within the quoted delivery timescale please contact us on info@thejewellerytree.ie. In the event of a non-delivery we can only allow a replacement / refund after 20 working days has passed.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be happy with your purchases from The Jewellery Tree. We can not accept returns on Bespoke / Made To Order / Special / Personalised orders. An exception to this would be if we have not supplied the item ordered, please make sure you have ordered correctly before contacting us. We cannot be held responsible for customers not following instructions correctly when taking impressions, not checking orders or misspelling personalised orders. If we have made a mistake on your order, please email us info@thejewellerytree.ie within 7 days of receiving your jewellery for instructions for returning the item(s). As with all jewellery, links can be opened or broken if not treated with care. Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it and contact us within 3 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged.
Retention of Title
The title to all goods remains with The Jewellery Tree until received by the customer.
Your statutory rights remain intact at all times. In the unlikely event of a return please e-mail info@thejewellerytree.ie or telephone 086 1271441 and we will give you return address details. Once we have approved your return request, you will be asked to return the item by insured delivery. We are not responsible for any items lost / damaged in transit to us. We suggest you use a ‘Signed For’ service. In the event of a faulty item needing to be returned, your shipping costs will be refunded.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
All our credit and debit card payments are processed using Paypal, a Paypal account is not required to use this service.
Wear & Tear of Fine Silver.
Silver Clay, because of its purity(99.9 Fine Silver) , is a relatively soft metal. If an item is worn every day or hung on a chain with lots of other items or on a key ring, it will gradually age and scratches and dents may occur.
